Yesaway Car Rental Destinations in New Zealand

The car was perfect_ the price very competitive. Robbie who collected me and dropped me off again at the airport was great a lovely guy with great conversation_ local knowledge and very helpful. My only issue was that I booked thinking I was picking car up from the airport and dropping it there too. My visit was very time sensitive so this added to a slight inconvenience but overall a good service.

An older car but more than fit for purpose. Great value for money_ Will use again.

Good service provided no problems

When picking up the car_ aside from necessary discussion with us_ the staff maintained continuous conversations between themselves in Mandarin. There were also food containers and other rubbish in the main reception area. Overall it reminded me (unfavourably) of the time I lived in Asia. In Asia_ talking in front of the customer in Mandarin is quite understandable. In English speaking NZ_ in a tourist focussed company_ it is not.

Returning customer_ quite popular but very manual admin process. Would not recommend if pick-up/drop off times are out hours will need a cab to get in and out of the airport.
