Excellent experience_ great customer service. Very customer-centric_ flexible and accommodating.
Confused about the excess. On the booking details is shows as $3000. On the hire contract it said $6000. I questioned this but they didn’t seem to understand what I meant. This needs to be clarified.
Subsequent amendments made to the original rental resulted in it being cancelled and a new rental request submitted. Feel this was unnecessary
very helpful staff_ price was the lowest I could find_ not a new car but perfectly adequate.
