Somewhat confused about the insurance offered when booking and different/more extensive options offered at pickup but other than this_ everything was easy and straightforward. Car was excellent value.

I find it rude that the bond the company takes gets released only 10 working days after returning the car. There’s no reason for the company keeping the money for that long.
