În ansamblu experiența a fost bună_ dar aș dori să menționez ca nu am găsit o variantă de a comunica cu agenția pe perioada închirierii. Am încercat să contactăm agenția atat telefonic cat și pe e-mail_ pentru a anunța prelungirea cu o zi a perioadei de închiriere a mașinii_ întrucât am avut zborul anulat și reprogramat și nu am găsit nicio cale viabilă de comunicare.

I hired the car through a third party in NZ. We had to change the name of the driver due to a technicality. This had to be done via the third party and that took some time. Other than that very happy.
