Wonderful surprise! Hesitant to start since the car collection is not at the airport and just a quick drive up the road_ but was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and friendliness. Upon the car return_ my credit card deposit was immediately refunded and promptly returned to the airport. Very pleasant experience indeed.
Busy pick up as expected _ but fairly prompt pickup. Bit of a wait to collect car_ bug overall very good . Excellent drop off_ quick repayment and return to airport departures
Unser Flug hatte Verspätung. Ich habe dies über das Buchungsportal mitgeteilt. Am Flughafen war aber niemand mehr von der Autovermietung anwesend und wir mussten sehr lange warten und häufig telefonieren bis wir abgeholt wurden. Die Autoabgabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Vielen Dank Mr Ashuin.
Tha car was not in perfect condition but enough for few days. WhatsApp communication is bad. Otherwise they were at the airport in time and everything was quick. So overall all good.
Only negative was the hard sell on the optional additional insurance.
