Picking up the car was an excellent experience (fast_ friendly_ easy)_ but when we dropped it off (in the parking lot_ away from the airport)_ nobody checked its state and we didn_t receive any confirmation whatsoever about the fact that we returned the car without any damage. The agent said that this was their normal procedure and he was quite offended that I asked for a document. I wouldn_t rent here again_ even though I was quite happy with the car itself.

Owner charge for no reason Online prices lees before ordering then price go up to more. Not recommended

It was very complicated to find the pick up location_ however the guy at the desk was very helpful and did his best. It was hard to find the pick up location and I missed the ramp when we arrived back very early in the morning. Everything was perfect_ but you really should work out a better location for the pickup. Maybe more signs or information boards on the way to Parking 4.
