Very good staff at Nagoya airport - very helpful.
Great service at the car rental station.
Overall was excellent services and very helpful_ might be good if we could drop off at the airport itself
The reception staff were very polite and tolerant given the language barrier
Overall the car was clean and well performing and the points for improvement are - location of the company which was far from the airport and it took app. 20min by shuttle to rech it and poor English of the staff. Other than that everything was perfect.
