La persona que nis recogió del aeropuerto_ una señorita_ tenía una actitud fea. No era amable. Esa misma persona nos llevó al aeropuerto y tuvo la misma actitud. Eso perjudica a la empresa.

Pickup was a bit of a pain_ long wait for the driver to pick us up by which time there were too many waiting to fit in the van. We all had to nominate a driver to collect the car and come back to the airport for our partners. I heard other supplier’s customers in the same boat though_ so not a unique problem. Once I got there_ about 10 min from the airport_ it was very straightforward_ receptionist was friendly and helpful with no hard sell. Car was as booked_ a 2019 Dacia Duster_ very clean inside but outside had several battle scars_ No wonder as it had 173k km on the clock! Drove very well though with no faults_ we covered 1000km in it. Return was easier_ only a five minute wait and the bus took us both back to the terminal this time. Overall it was good value.

Vi måtte vente længe i lufthavnen ved ankomst. Den ene bil var ikke tanket op. Der var til 599 km_ vi afleverede med 749 km - helt tanket op.
