A good experience_ but if the personell at the desk could offer a litle bit extra like help with suitcases to and from the car I would give top score.

Overall good but your form told us we owed €20.62. On collection we were charged an additional €13.80 plus tax for road tolls. This was not optional. So on the day we paid €38.15. We were not using motorways_ and you price comparison would not have been the cheapest with the additional costs!

It was unusual that they insisted to sign the papers for the condition of the car before the car was actually shown.
