לקח זמן להבין איפה השאטל. לא הבנו שהמקום רחוק מאוד משדה התעופה. מעבר לכך_ הם רצו לתת לנו רכב קטן יותר ואנחנו ביקשנו את הרכב שהזמנו בוא ניסה לומר לנו שזו אותה הקטגוריה אבל התעקשנו. הכל היה ברוח טובה אבל זה לא אמור להיות ככה.

Not easy to find the location of the venue_ when returning the car at the end of the journey. They should update Google Maps_ or localisation apps and services to make clients_ life more comfortable before they go back to airport for departure.
