The reviews made us a little skeptical_ BUT there was no need for concern in any department. This is a new branch and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and efficient. They were clear in the details and there was no heavy upselling

First issue was probably my own fault but lack of owning a credit card meant I paid double for the car hire for a clause that wasn_t highlighted_ using a debit card has never been an issue with any other rental company I have used. Secondly_ the money that was taken against the risk of speeding or toll fees still hasn_t been refunded nearly three weeks after our return. How long do you hold my money for?
