There was no one on the desk when we returned the car and we wanted to show photos of a dent that was on the car before we took it as we were told car had no scratches_ dents etc
I had an issue with a tyre. But I was disappointed with the initial call to their call centre at 720pm on a Saturday night. They gave me idea as to what to do next. This led to a restless night sleep. The call next morning alleviated my concerns
I was looking forward to driving a VW Polo and ended up with a Ford Fiesta which was pretty basic in comparison.
