Rentscape Car Rental Destinations in France

In front of the car provider desk there were waiting nearly 15 people. It took more or less 2 hours to get the car. Unbelievable how slow and unwillingly both girls at the desk have made their job!... I had a meeting in Colmar. I had to cancel it and had to change all my programm for the next day.

Next time a sign on the door to where you are based at Gard du Nore would have been helpful. Also a map on how to get to the underground parking sent in an email or handed out on collection of the car keys would be useful.
