Il n’y a pas eu un état des lieux à la remise des clefs de la voiture et à la dépose il a fait un état des lieux

Extra hidden charges which were not expected. I paid for the extra insurance for full cover and it was more then the original hire cost.

There was mentioned that I have full coverage when I booked - but they told me it is just the regular. I had to pay extra for the full. I was told I have to pay cash - they only accepted card.

Dommage qu’il faille prendre une navette pour récupérer la voiture_ et surtout pour la rendre. Ça aurait été beaucoup plus simple_ de pouvoir se garer dans le parking de l’aéroport_ et de rejoindre à pied le terminal d’enregistrement. Surtout avec des bagages!
