AVIS Car Rental Destinations in France

AVIS_ call to arrange quick pickup was not successful. First of all_ they texted me several time to say that they tried calling_ but my phone did not ring. I called them back and had it sorted. But there was no quick-pick-up counter at destination. No queue either_ so not a big problem_ but it feels silly to take the effort to preregister for quick pickup when it is not available after all.

They say that they will return the guarantee money automatic after I bring the car back.But is already one week and they dont return the money.. Whay I can do now?
