It was quick and easy to collect the car_ which with the winter tyres was very well prepared for the snowy FInish road conditions. When on the 3rd day I reported I could not unplug the cable after charging overnight_ and it looked like cable got stuck to the plug in the frost (it was minus 30C)_ the person from the rental office came within an hour to help me unplug.

It would be great if the Sat nav was included. It’s not easy finding your way in a foreign country and seems a fairly standard thing to be included in the price of the car these days
