I booked Ford Focus type car_ but got upgrade to Toyota Rav4 free of charge. Car was in good technical condition with 11_000 km mileage.

The entire experience was great_ the car was exactly what we needed. The staff was very polite and helpful_ everything went according to plan. It_s the second time we rented from here and we_ll do so again in the future.
