Sent a few emails as my car is still parked in the car park on Sunday 14/7/24 @ 16:00 when it should of been picked up at 10:00 hrs on sat 13/7/24. I am returning to the uk tonight and it concerns me that the car is not with you and something could happen to the car whilst I am not in control of it. I understand it is the weekend but it would be nice to have a return email putting my mind at ease

You were too much concerned of the little scratch on the front bumper. but its just a bumper... but I took full insurance that shoud cover everything_ and normally nobody takes care of such little scratches...

Service was excellent. Also_ I rented the child seat (for 3-yo) what was the most decent I have had in my rented car-seats history.
