El coche arrendado no tenía nada que se pareciera al que elegí de echo tenía una dirección muy dura y tenía problemas de alineamiento. En el aeropuerto fue muy agradable que alguien estuviera esperando

Everything was very good pick-up and drop-off had no waiting around_ we were very happy was given a free upgrade BUT the biggest problem was 1) the car was pulling to the off-side 2) The front inside tyer had NO TREAD! completely bald !! only discovered just before returning the car when parked and the wheel was turned facing out to the left_ this is when it was noticed. This was very dangerous and illegal_ we had rain and could had aquaplane on the motorway causing a possible fatal accident_ if stopped by the police i would had been prosecuted! This has taken away any good experience with the car hire and will need to advise trip adviser and anyone thinking of taking a hire car from your company. we were shocked to discover this at the end of our stay.

the car we got was not similar to the VW up we ordered. something with the drivers seat was not ok_ I was always felt as if I were sitting at an angle. The central locking system didn_t work.

Toyota Vitz was under powered for an automatic and the engine was very noisey.
