It was the first time I had a hybrid rental car and it wasn_t a bad experience at all. But I did got a car which had several damages_ and I even found more damages that weren_t mentioned after the letting agent left_ so I had to call her to tell her about those damages I found. And I found even more damages when we got to our holiday destination_ but I took pictures of this just to make certain I will not get charged for this. Now I_m currently waiting when I will have my deposit back_ but overall I_m happy with the car and service and would rent again If I go on holiday in Bulgaria again.
