Здравейте_много съм огорчен и крайно неприятно ми стана по 2 причини-1во има двойно разминаване по отношение на цената на услугата_от сайта Ви и реалната/крайна/ цена-135.69лв при резарвация _за застраховка и още толкова при взимането на колата +наема за 6дни=403лв_вместо 240лв???Питам_защо не обявявате крайните цени не се съгласувате с фирмите за наем_а трябва да изпадам в шок при ползване на услуга_която по цени надвишават двукратно обявените в официалния Ви сайт!!!

Hello_ I_ve got the car with non-working AC. There was 30C degree weather condition. It was really hell to drive without AC. I expect kind of compensation from the provider. Thank you Dmitry Voronov

When returning to the airport_ the desk was not manned. Waited for about 15 minutes_ hubby went back to where we had parked the car to see if rep was there. No-one there sonhad to leave the keys _ documents in the post key box. Did not feel very comfortable with this but overall was very satisfied with this company and the rep we dealt with.
