I haven’t had the deposit returned. This should be automatic following the safe return of the vehicle
Due to them not taking Amex was the reason for a 3 at pick up
The Aircondition was poor_ also i wasnt aware of paying a 1500.00 usd as a hold in case of accidents.
The car could have been washed before delivery. It was my first impression of their service.
