Only the lady in pick up location was litlle bit rude and pick up on the airport was a bit complicated
Quite far from the airport but the shuttle service was fast and efficient and the rental company was excellent.
Very efficient and friendly.
Rear tyres on the car (Carana??) had plenty of tread and appeared to be in good condition but very poor quality and very slippery in the wet_ even at very low speeds below 40 km/hr. Thankfully the front tyres (Bridgestone Ecopia) were very good. All staff were excellent.
Great service simply the best service I’ve ever received from a rental car company all staff are very friendly and professional and pick up and drop to airport was excellent. Cheers Glenn
