Dear Sirs _ during i was paying my deposit the lady at the front desk said that _ you will receive your deposit back immediately _ . I left the car on saturday so i was expecting to receive my deposit back on the first banking day but today from your web page i realise that the transaction will take 7 - 21 days . Thats not nice !
