90% of experience was outstanding_ but the return of a car and what followed was catastrofic. There was nobody to collect the car keys in the garage_ so we had to ro go to the office. The contract wasn_t sent to my e-mail for 7 days eventhough I contacted them 4 times by phone and e-mail. At the top of all that_ they sent me notification that there was an extra key missing (which I didn_t get at all) and that the car was damaged (a scratch at front bumper) that I definitively didn_t do. My luck is that I took full coverage so now I don_t have to pay anything but this looks to me like a scam to get money from ensurance companies.
