The customer service rep at the kiosk was very efficient_ helpful and friendly. It pays to employ mature age staff! She was great.
Still no acknowledgment of the car being returned in good order and no receipt. Relative to the 2 other firms used in Australia we would not recommend.
I wish I had booked direct not through third party as it seemed dearer than I expected
The airport returns was a bit hard to find exactly where to go more signs are needed
