Really excellent staff!!
The only reason I would rate the service fair is due to the fact that I was promised to have my deposit back 3 to 5 days after the return of the vehicle. It is now the 11 th day!
The damage deposit was fully charged to my credit card while they had told me it would be only a hold. I am still waiting for it to be returned to the card. This is concerning.
They excelled and couldn’t have been more helpful- thank you
