I would definitely use this service again. My only problem was in the pick up of the car. We tried to call the company with our phones but they wouldn’t except our call from a foreign country. We finally had to have someone local to notify them we were waiting for our car. Perhaps a different pick up option?

All good apart from not being able to locate person at the pick up location_ office at the airport would help apart from that all went v well _ very pleased with the service will defo book again as price was very competitive

I have two complaints: 1. I had to pick up the car in a cold outside environment where I had to revise the documents and sign! In zero celcious degrees! And when I had to deliver the car I had to phone 6 times (!) to get directions where to go for the delivery! 2. I was informed about the vast difference in depositing a guarantee at the location of the pick up. I should have known to decide before pickup!
