During pickup there was only one damage marked to the car_ I always inspect cars before driving and I found around 7-9 additional dents/scratches which were marked in the system as well. I can not imagine what would have been if I would have not done inspection...

No weight for the car when we arrived in Holland they upgraded us to a much superior Car with no hesitation by them whatsoever we enjoyed the experience with flexa.com and would recommend to other people as well

My only negative comment is that_ when we did all the paperwork_ the representative did not tell us we would need a ticket to get out of the car park. She gave us the ticket_ but did not explain its use. We were therefore stuck at the gate for quite some time until another_ more experienced_ customer helped us out.
