We were 6 adults (at 80 I was the youngest) when we returned the vehicle it would have been the simplest to just put one of the shuttle drivers into our van and take us to the airport. Instead we had to unload all of the luggage and all 6 of us and wait for 20 minutes until one of the shuttle drivers_ who was there the whole time_ took a company shuttle_ that was also there the whole time_ to bring us to the airport.

Toen ik het busje ophaalde_ werd er niet meegelopen om de auto even te zien_ er werd gezegd daar staat de auto_ en veel plezier ermee_ ook zou er geen schade aanzitten_ wat toch wel anders was_ ik heb gelijk een foto gemaakt van de schade_( bij hun niet bekent zijden ze_ want de auto was zonder schade. Bij het inleveren de schade_s getoond_ en heeft dit meegenomen in het dossier
