We booked the mystery car and it was very disappointing and so small it was no use to use. Luckily the agent was able to find us another that suited our needs

Finding the car was hard due to rain and been sent the wrong way. No person on desk when I went to get help as I could not find it. Phone the number given but person had left phone in her jacket at the kiosk. I would rent again as the vehicle was excellent.
