My booking was confirmed a Toyota Yaris but ended up I collected a Toyota Aqua. But the Aqua is also a very fine car to drive. There was not a single issue throughout my entire journey. Thank you.

Rental office was pretty messy and did not present well.

Great service provided. Needed to extend the rental for an extra day due to the cancellation of my flight due to a typhoon_ and the service provided was excellent.

Times car rental in Himeji were great. The staff_ systems and the car were perfect. One negative was that we struggled to find the office as Times have many parking sites in the area and google didn’t differentiate which one is head office.
