There were so many extra charges once we got to the car pick up location. The cheaper online prices are def not what you get when you collect the car. They even charge for car cleaning!

I noticed that the final invoice was €371.98_ although the price I was informed I should pay at the counter was €361.98. The difference seems to be a €10 “Cleaning fee.” Since your website states “No surprises at the counter!”_ I was a bit surprised by this extra charge
