Experience was great however car had a smell on smoke so obviously a smoker had previously rented the car. But otherwise everything was perfect

Wir haben einen Benziner gebucht und ein Elektroauto erhalten. Eigentlich eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Das Netz der Energiestellen ist aber noch sehr begrenzt und technische Schwierigkeiten noch gross. Allerdings bietet e-motum eine Helpline an welche uns immer wieder geholfen hat.

Really lovely people would use again_ only point is I’m still waiting for the deposit which was being held on payment card to be returned which is rather frustrating that it is so long.
