Once against a bad experience picking up the car because of a very arrogant and almost aggressive representative pushing way to hard for extra sales of insurance even twisting facts by arguing that 80% of customers pay all or some of the self risk when they return the car. We have the self risk covered by our travel insurance and here we once again experience car rental company staff having no respect and pushing way to hard for selling extra insurance.
