We managed to meet the pickup representative by chance; I wasn_t sure about the location_ as there are multiple exits at Larnaca Airport. Like most tourists_ we initially went to the lower-level parking area used by coaches and taxis_ unaware that another one existed. After a while_ suspecting something was wrong_ we found the upper-level parking area—which has a bus station but also multiple lines and exits. I wasn_t certain they would come there to pick us up_ but we got lucky; otherwise_ we would have missed the meeting. The meeting point is very poorly explained for a tourist unfamiliar with the airport. My suggestion is to open a staffed service desk where the driver taking clients to the base can pick them up; otherwise_ it all comes down to luck.
