I would expect changes to the hire car to made before arrival of collection so that people know what to expect and can afford the adjustments

The booking was confusing in where to go to complete the paperwork. It looked like it was on the airport but it wasn’t. Trying to find where to return the car was also tricky

The check in registration system was not working properly so took an hour to be handled to get the car

Fahrzeug hatte rundherum Schäden (Kratzer). Einen Selbstbehalt von 2500€ hätte ich nicht genommen_ hätte ich dies vor Ansicht des Fzgs gesehen. Leider. Ich war gezwungen das komplette Fzg zu dokumentieren. War nur zum Teil möglich_ weil ich nur eine viel zu kleine Anzahl Bilder uploaden konnte. Und kostete mich viel Zeit. Sonst war alles ok.

There was an issue with small damage to the wingmirror which I hadn_t noticed when picking up _ it wasn_t listed on the hire plan details. This caused some concern till they checked photos to confirm it was a pre-existing scrape. Also_ the excess charge is still pending on my credit card after 30 hours
