Very friendly personnel. Some confusion whether we needed the EXS - it proved that we had it already which I said upon reentry and we were offered a compensatory discount. Very good service!

The Young woman (Vicki?) who checked me in was very helpful. Even tho the previous customer was very rude_ she smiled and was very helpful. Very professional behaviour by her 👌 The young man who was by her side friday evening and who also received me when I returned the car was also very positive and professional. Great staff who deserves appraisal 👍
