A text/mail saying the pickup from NICE airport was on its way would be great... pick-up was 10mins or so after agreed time. All else brilliant...car was bigger than expected but much appreciated.

Took longer than the guy suggested to return the deposit but otherwise great and the deposit is returned now

At drop off informed that it may take a month for deposit to be returned. This is not acceptable. The payment of the deposit goes through instantly so no reason having inspected car that deposit cannot be returned with immediate effect. This is a deterrent using the company again. For that reason only it is a No to recommending the service. Everything else was very good.
