Despite my flight being 90mins late_ the representative waited for me_ which was greatly appreciated. They were professional and understanding.

Since my return time was outside opening hours_ I wasn’t told where and how to drop the car. I called the number on the invoice and the lady said there is a gate around the back_ which I didn’t find. There was a yellow pillar by the front gate with no sign saying you can drop the keys there.
