Both the pick up team and drop off team (at different locations) were very good and helpful. Car was excellent and did everything we needed it to do and hold all of our luggage. Thank you all.

The car that was provided performed well and met all expectations.

Front right tyre was bare with no tread. Didn’t notice at pick up only during journey. Indication the car was not properly examined and maintained prior to rental.
