The pickup/dropoff opening time is much longer than appearing on booking website_ would that information be accurate I would be able to rent car from 6am instead of 8am.
Just took a little longer when collecting the car as paperwork was not ready. New staff takes more knowledge and experience to get it right. Apart from that it all went smoothly.
Deposit on card not returned immediately after return of car. Waiting for the money...
Overall very good erental experience.
