Agents should learn to write better in English. Our car had a damaged aide view mirror which was described as a “scratch”. The dropoff agents immediately accused me of damaging the mirror. If it was described as a scratch it will stay a scratch until the vehicle is returned. Otherwise use the correct term. Thank you. Also: if the someone damaged the vehicle badly_ have it repaired before hiring it out to another unsuspecting customer.

Auf dem Angebot war eine Navigationsgerät _ ein zweiter Fahrer dabei. Leider gibt es auf Mauritius nur wenige Fahrzeuge mit integrierter Navigation. (Der Vermieter hatte gar keinen). Das Personal hat uns aber mit einer Offline App Installation geholfen und wir konnten das _Problem_ so lösen. Ist aber trotzdem nicht ganz korrekt.....

ce serait mieux de pouvoir régler en ligne avant le départ car des frais bancaire nous ont été prélevés pour le paiement par carte d_une part et pour la caution d_autre part_ cela fait beaucoup...
