Car was in need of a wash when I picked it up. But overall it was a lovely car to drive

There was only one member of staff checking the returned vehicles_ which delayed us getting on the bus to get to the terminal. Staff were friendly and professional but it just took longer than we would have expected_ due to him solely checking the vehicles.

Great experience. Everything done very quickly

The lads in the pick cabin were not helpful at all. Lack of customer support while they watched us trying to find the car_ then sighed when we asked them to show us. Everything else was perfect apart from those two people. On returning the car the gentleman on duty was more than helpful.
