The car rental company has charged us an additional BHD 50 as refundable deposit_ which they claim will be refunded back within 7 days. This wasn’t mentioned in the voucher details. Can you please clarify when we had a full insurance coverage then they had no reason for the deposit.

I have payed taxes at the airport that easy not write on the contract and on the web site. After more than 20 days I haven’t received the deposit back and paid it this months. I asked to you for a refund of the taxes and I haven’t received yet a final reply. This isn’t an honest and good service.
