I would suggest that the car be provided with a full tank of gas_ so that customers know exactly how much gas to return the car with (ie a full tank). Other than that_ I was very happy with the car and the service - all excellent.

Staff very nice but in order to rent the car they fingerprinted and gave scanned me. Never been required to submit fingerprints before. This also made the process very slow.

De auto was verouderd_ ook al hadden ze het over een nieuw wagenpark bij het afhalen. Onze auto was verre van nieuw en had veel mankementen door gebruik van vorige huurders. Wel een hele goede ontvangst in de luchthaven van Cancun met gratis shuttle. Zouden zeker terug met jullie werken in de toekomst maar dan moeten de beloftes qua auto wel beter ingelast worden.

The car (Dodge Attitude) was under-powered_ even with Premium gas. I would have preferred a VW Golf as advertised and would have preferred to run it on regular gas. Also_ the suspension was too soft for the rugged roads. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
