It was a great experience using your rental service. The pick up location (just opposite airport Zadar_ exit) and dropoff service were very pleasant. Staff was helping with a smile.

We were third in line at car pick up_ but it took almost an hour from arrival at the car hire desk queue to getting into the car.

On return to the airport_ the return-location could be indicated alongside the road. When arriving at dusk or in the dark_ the return location is not well. indicated and illuminated.
