Whilst the rental agent seemed to have no joy in her life and didn_t smile once - she did the business professionally - a smile costs nothing.
The car itself was quite scratched but ran perfectly - it did concern me that I might get stung with a big bill for a _scratch_ which turned out not to be the case.
