The pickup from the airport took a bit longer than expected. Some other customers got into the airport shuttle before us even though we were travelling with crying small children. This postponed our arrival at the hotel with about 1_5hours. Apart from that_ everything went smooth the car was perfect and the employees were friendly_ helpful and professional.

Apart from the bus driver that could see a queue of people at the gate waiting for pickup from the airport. The jobsworth driver wouldn_t open the bus doors_ waited around 10 minutes then drove off with an empty bus. So had to wait for the next bus.
