Rental cars should be regularly checked to ensure everything is functioning.... we had to return the first car because the head lights did not work properly. The second car had the same issue and the backup camera also did not work most times. Otherwise_ the cars were in great condition and clean.

Old tatty car which had unpleasant odour. Had major problems on collection due to faulty credit card reading machine. Costing me a extra £23 in phone calls to my bank. If they had tried another machine instead of repeatedly trying faulty one would not have been a problem.
